Shipping
Items are shipped within four days after your order is received. Please allow additional time for receipt, as items are being sent from Honolulu, Hawaii. Items are sent First Class Air Mail via USPS.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you and Genki card recipients to be completely satisfied with the purchase. If items are not received in good order, please return them with 7 days of receipt, and we will replace it. However, once an item is addressed and shipped, the order cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email Greetings@genkiworld.com or call (808) 440-9421 if we can assist.
